Complete, standalone process modules built on skids. Ready for transport, fast installation, and seamless integration into your production.
What are skids & modules?
- Complete process modules on a single transportable frame
- All components pre-integrated and tested
- Plug-and-play: minimal on-site assembly
- Custom engineering specifically for your process
- Reduced installation time and risks
- Flexibly scalable and modular construction
How does skid construction work?
Analysis & design
We analyze your process, determine what belongs on the skid, and design the complete module in 3D. All connection points, regulations & safety are built-in.
Construction & assembly
In our workshop, we assemble the skid: frame, components, piping, electrical and pneumatic systems. Everything coded, labeled, and tested.
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
Before delivery, we test the complete skid in our workshop. You are welcome to attend. No surprises on-site.
Transport & Site Acceptance Test
The skid goes to your site, is positioned, connections are finalized & SAT is performed. In many cases: a few days of installation instead of weeks.
Our skid services
Custom engineered skids
Fully customized modules built around your specific process. From water treatment to steam control loops to filtration.
Standard modular skids
Preconfigured modules (filtration, pumping, control) that you combine as needed. Faster, more cost-effective, and flexible.
Upgrade & retrofit skids
Old system? We build a modern skid version to replace the old one. Upgrading without complete rework.
PLC-integrated skids
Skid with fully automated control. Control loops, alarming, monitoring โ everything already programmed.
Transport-ready packaging
Skids pre-packed with protection, including parts (hoses, bolts, manuals) for trouble-free installation.
Commissioning & training
Our team assists on-site: startup, testing, training of your team, and handover of documentation.
Why choose skid construction?
- Shorter installation time: weeks of installation instead of months. The skid arrives ready-to-use.
- Less risk: tested before transport. No surprises on-site, lower error rate.
- Cost savings: less local engineering, faster startup, lower labor costs.
- Quality guarantee: everything according to specs, documented, with manufacturer’s warranty.
- Flexibility: modules can be moved, upgraded, or combined with other skids.
- Documentation: full drawings, schematics, and user manuals included.
- Post-delivery support: You know who the manufacturer is. First-line support, no intermediaries.
- Future-proof: can be easily adapted or expanded as your process evolves.
