Fiber-reinforced seals
Fiber-reinforced seals are versatile and offer, depending on the quality, good temperature, mechanical, or chemical resistance. They are easy to process and install.
Semi-metallic gaskets
Semi-metallic gaskets that combine the strength of metal with the sealing capacity of soft materials, for critical applications with high pressure and temperature.
Rubber & steel seals
Rubber seals provide sealing at low surface pressure, available in various elastomers per medium. Rubber-steel seals add metal reinforcement for extra stability.
Spiral wound gaskets
Spiral wound gaskets combine a resilient metal winding with a filler material such as graphite, PTFE, or mica. They are suitable for demanding applications with high pressures and temperatures and ensure a reliable, leak-tight connection.
Compression packings
Compression packings are flexible seals for pumps, valves, and other static or dynamic applications. Depending on the medium, pressure, temperature, and movement, various material combinations are used, such as PTFE, graphite, aramid, and other technical materials.
MICA seals
Mica gaskets are suitable for demanding applications at very high temperatures. They combine thermal resistance with reliable sealing in hot gas and exhaust systems.
Sentry gaskets
SENTRY gaskets allow flange connections to be tested for leak tightness during assembly, without pressurizing the entire system. They are available in camprofile and RTJ versions for a wide range of critical applications.
Graphite seals
Graphite seals are suitable for demanding high-temperature applications and offer broad chemical resistance. They combine a reliable seal with excellent adaptation to the flange surface.
Leak Protection / Spray Shields
KLINGER Spray Shields limit the uncontrolled spread of hazardous liquids and mist in the event of leakage at flanges, valves, and other critical connections. For increased protection of employees, installations, and the environment.
PTFE seals
PTFE seals combine very broad chemical resistance with reliable sealing, even at low surface pressure. They are suitable for diverse applications involving strong acids and bases.
Metallic seals
Metallic seals are used where soft or semi-metallic gaskets reach their limits, for example, at very high pressure, temperature, or strict leak-tightness requirements. They are available in various designs, such as RTJ, lens, and weld rings.
