No separation step performs better than the flocculant that precedes it. A poorly dissolved polymer reduces efficiency in every subsequent step.
The PAF automatically prepares and doses flocculants — in liquid emulsion, powder form, or both.
How it works
For liquid emulsions, a pump with an adjustable flow rate injects the product directly into the water line.
For powder, dosing is performed via a dosing screw driven by a gear motor. An electromagnetic flow meter regulates the dilution water to ensure the correct concentration. The mixture enters the main tank, where mechanical agitators dissolve the polymer uniformly — even with poorly soluble formulations.
The preparation tank consists of compartments with gravity overflow, providing the polymer with the necessary maturation time for a stable solution.
Three versions
- PAF-L — for flocculants in liquid emulsion
- PAF-P — for flocculants in powder form
- PAF-PL — for combined use
Operation
Everything is controlled via an electrical control panel with a touchscreen. It allows for setting operating parameters, real-time status monitoring, and consulting alarms, flow settings, stirring times, and event history.
The systems are delivered plug-and-play: all hydraulic and electrical components are pre-assembled and tested. Available in stainless steel 304 L or 316 L.
Models

All models: 400 V / 50 Hz, water inlet DN 15, dosing connection DN 25, standard AISI 304 / 304 L.
Custom versions are available for special applications.
