What is captured at the inlet does not need to be processed further downstream. Drum screens capture solids before they reach your pumps, biological treatment, or sludge treatment.
The L-IFRS is fed inside the drum, while the L-EFRS is fed on the outer surface. Which of the two is suitable depends on your flow rate, solids, and the available hydraulic head.
How it works
Continuous rotation distributes the flow evenly over the screen surface, maximizing the available filter area and maintaining stable operation.
Solids are retained by the screen mesh and continuously conveyed to the discharge zone. The screened liquid passes through the filter surface and is collected for further treatment or discharge.
A pressurized spray system continuously cleans the screen surface, significantly reducing the risk of clogging.
Design
Compact and robust in stainless steel. Available with an integrated collection tank up to 1,500 l, with an overflow bypass if required, and optionally with a fully assembled and tested control panel with HMI.
